He became Group Managing Director/CEO of UAC of Nigeria Plc on the 1st of January 2007. He is the Chairman of UNICO CPFA Limited.

Mr Rotimi Temitayo Famakinwa
Managing Director

He is a Chartered Accountant joined UAC of Nigeria Plc as an Audit Assistant in 1980.  Mr Rotimi Temitayo Famakinwa has held various management positions in UAC such as Divisional Accountant, Group Property Division; Divisional Commercial Director, UAC Foods and Finance Director, GM Nigeria Limited.  Before his appointment in 2004 as the Managing Director/Chief Executive of GM Nigeria Limited, a Joint Venture Company between UAC of Nigeria Plc and General Motors Corporation, Detroit, USA.  He was appointed the Managing Director of Chemical and Allied Products Plc on the 28th of February 2008.

Mrs. Elemide joined the Board of CAP Plc in March 2005, having worked in various capacities as Internal Check Manager, Financial Accountant and Management Accountant within the UACN Group. Prior to secondment to CAP, she was the Finance Director of UACN Property Development Co. Plc.

A director since 1997. A Non-Executive Director of AIICO Insurance Plc, West African Portland Cement Co. Plc and Chairman of Enpee Industries Plc; Pride Investment Services Limited and Asacore Limited. The Founder and President of the Nigerian Shareholders Solidarity Association spent the early part of his working career in Lever Brothers Nigeria Plc and R.T. Briscoe Plc.

Mr. Ayorinde Thomas

Mr. Thomas became a director in 1998. He started his professional career with Peat Marwick, Casselton Elliot & Co. in 1967, a foremost international firm of accountants. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committees of Cadbury Nigeria Plc and Crusader Insurance (Nigeria) Plc. Presently, he heads the accounting practice firm of Ayorinde Thomas and Co.
