• Newsletter:
A newsletter was introduced to keep stakeholders abreast of developments within the company.
• Colour Knowledge and Enlightenment-
Colour of the year event was held to enhance the colour knowledge of Nigerians and to promote the use of colours holistically.
• Appointment and fair treatment of suppliers and Contractors:
Suppliers of goods and services are appointed using defined criteria that do not discriminate on the basis of religion, tribe or sex. We strive to treat them fairly and settle their invoices on due dates.
• Fair treatment of shareholders:
We pay approved dividends immediately after the annual general meeting. In December 2006, we paid an interim dividend of 50 kobo per share to our shareholders.
A special dividend was proposed and approved at the Annual General Meeting.
